These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of  store and your purchase of clothing and accessory products (the "Products") from our Store. By accessing the Store, placing an order, or purchasing Products, you (the "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction) to use the Store or purchase Products. Placing an order confirms that you meet this eligibility requirement.
2. Order Placement and Confirmation
2.1 Submission of Orders
Submitting an order through the Store constitutes a binding offer by you to purchase the Products at the listed prices, including shipping fees (see our separate Shipping Policy for details), taxes, and duties. All orders are subject to our confirmation to take effect.
2.2 Order Confirmation
  • Order Confirmation Email: Only confirms that we have received your order and does not mean the order has taken effect.
  • Shipment Confirmation Email: Sent when the order has been processed and is ready for shipment, which represents our formal confirmation of the order (see the Shipping Policy for details).
2.3 Modification or Cancellation of Orders
You may request to modify or cancel an order only if it has not been processed or marked as "Ready for Shipment". Please contact customer service immediately and provide your order number. If the order has entered the production or shipping stage, we reserve the right to refuse your request for modification or cancellation.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing
Product prices are default displayed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice, but orders for which a Shipment Confirmation Email has been sent will not be affected by price adjustments. If a pricing error occurs, we will correct it promptly, and you may choose to proceed with the transaction at the corrected price or cancel the order.
3.2 Taxes and Duties
We do not collect local taxes, duties, or customs fees at the destination. Such fees shall be borne by you and will be levied by the customs authorities of the destination when the Products are delivered (for specific standards, please consult the local customs authorities).
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods indicated on the checkout page. You warrant that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We use a secure payment processing system, but we shall not be liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to properly safeguard your payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders with abnormal payment conditions (e.g., insufficient funds, suspected fraud).
4. Product Information and Inventory
4.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate product information (material, color, design) and images, but differences in screen display settings may cause the actual color of the Products to differ from the images. If the core features of the Products remain unchanged, we may update product descriptions (such as minor adjustments to material descriptions) without prior notice.
4.2 Size Charts
The size charts provided on product pages are for reference only. Sizes may vary between different product styles, and the marked sizes are approximate values. We cannot guarantee that the Products will fit your body perfectly. For size recommendations, please contact customer service.
4.3 Inventory Status
Product inventory is based on actual supply. We update inventory information in real time, but there may still be cases where the ordered Products are out of stock after the order is placed. If the Products you ordered are out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours, and you may choose: (1) to replace them with similar Products (price adjustments will be made according to the actual situation if necessary); (2) to wait for the Products to be restocked (we will provide the estimated restocking time); (3) to cancel the order for the out-of-stock Products (a full refund for the out-of-stock Products will be issued).
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to comply with the following provisions:
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date order and account information (shipping address, contact details) — we shall not be liable for issues caused by incorrect information.
  • Update the information promptly if there are any changes before the order is processed.
  • Comply with local laws and regulations and purchase, import, and use the Products legally.
  • Not use the Store for fraudulent or other illegal activities.
  • Respect our intellectual property rights (see Section 6 for details).
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Store (including images, logos, product descriptions, trademarks, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by global intellectual property laws. You may only view, download, or print the above content for personal, non-commercial purposes, and shall not engage in the following acts: (1) commercially copying or distributing the content; (2) using our trademarks without permission; (3) sharing the content with third parties (e.g., other retailers); (4) removing intellectual property marks from the content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction:
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (such as loss of profits, inconvenience, etc.).
  • Our maximum liability for claims related to the Products or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Products giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for issues caused by the following circumstances:
  • Incorrect order or shipping information provided by you.
  • Delays or damages during the shipping process (see the Shipping Policy for details).
  • Improper use or modification of the Products by you (e.g., damage caused by not following the washing instructions).
  • Force majeure events (such as natural disasters, wars, supply chain disruptions, etc.).
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms will be posted on the Store and marked with a new "Effective Date". If you continue to use the Store or place orders after the modification of the Terms, it means you accept the modified Terms. It is recommended that you review these Terms regularly to stay informed of the latest content.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Applicable Law
The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the effective laws of the country or region where the Products you purchased are delivered (if the relevant country or region is a contracting party to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and the places of business of both parties are within the scope of application of the CISG, the CISG shall apply first, provided that it does not violate the mandatory legal provisions of the local jurisdiction).
9.2 Dispute Resolution
  1. After a dispute arises, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation — please contact customer service, provide your order number, details of the dispute, and your desired solution, and we will respond within 10 business days.
  1. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with a competent court in the country or region where the Products are delivered, or submit the dispute to an arbitration institution recognized in that region for arbitration in accordance with its effective arbitration rules (the specific dispute resolution method may be determined based on the laws of the delivery location and consultation between the two parties). The ruling shall be final and binding on both parties. Reasonable expenses incurred in dispute resolution (such as attorney fees, arbitration fees) shall be borne by the losing party or the party that acted in bad faith.
